Kilchoman Sauternes Cask Matured 50% vol. 0,7l Release 2024 Aroma: FruityKilchoman recently introduced a remarkable and particularly rare full cask maturation: Kilchoman Sauternes Cask Matured. The Islay Single Malt matured for at least 5 years in Sauternes barriques, personally selected by Anthony Wills, the founder of Kilchoman. A blend of first fill and re fill Sauternes casks was used for this Islay Single Malt to create a balanced combination of buttery sweetness, BBQ pineapple, candied ginger, and floral peat smoke.
